Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping).

What's Covered
- Full Refund: 100% of your order total (original shipping not refundable).
- Eligible Products: New, unused, and unopened items in original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories intact, essential for hygiene-sensitive makeup and hair care.
What's Not Covered
To keep things fair and sanitary, we can't accept returns on:
- Opened or used products (due to health regulations).
- Personalised or custom items.
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear.
- Sale, clearance, or final sale products (marked at checkout).
How to Request a Return
- Contact Us Promptly: Email us at info@bysoleabeauty.com within 15 days of delivery, including your order number, the reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable). We'll review and approve your request within 1-2 business days.
- Receive Return Instructions: If approved, we'll provide the return address.
- Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back at your expense. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of approval.
- Track Your Return: Keep your tracking details—we'll confirm once it arrives.
Refund Details
- Processing: After inspection (3-5 business days), we’ll refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Exchanges: Request one during approval—we'll accommodate where possible (return shipping at customers expense).
For Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Contact info@bysoleabeauty.com immediately. We'll investigate and resolve with a free replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, covering return shipping. All items undergo rigorous quality checks before shipment and upon return.
Condition of All Returns
Items must be in original packaging with tags intact. Returns are inspected for eligibility; ineligible ones will be returned to you (at your cost for reshipment).
